AVSA ~ Cost Estimator
The AVSA cost estimator allows you to estimate the service & support cost of a typical AV system. A typical AV system is assumed to be either a front mounted projector suspended from a ceiling or a flat panel TV/display hung on a wall no more than 10' above the finished floor. It may have a remote control system such as an AMX, Extron or Crestron attached, a ditigal signal processor (DSP), externally mounted speakers, audio amplifier and DVD/VCR or bluray player. The system may consist of one room or many rooms or many single systems provided they are all at the same physical location/address.

There are many differerent applications and combinations of equipment that make up an AV system.  The Estimator is intended to give you a reasonable idea of what a typical AV system service agreement would cost. If you feel your system requires special attention please
contact us by phone or e-mail to get a custom quote!.
Here's how the cost estimator works.
1. Input the purchase price TOTAL of ALL equipment (no labor, or materials) into the marked cell on line (2), column 'E'. NOTE: Be sure to include the total price of all equipment for ALL rooms!!!

2. Input the number of un-scheduled service calls desired with a 72 hour response time Mon. - Fri. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

3 Input the number of un-scheduled service calls desired with a 48 hour response time Mon. - Fri. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4. Input the number of un-scheduled service calls desired with a 24 hour response time Mon. - Fri. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

5. Now enter the number of rooms to be covered on line (2), column 'G'.

6.  Finally, enter the age of the equipment in years on line (4), column 'G'.

Now press
ENTER and you'll see the estimated cost for a Level 1 (PM w/72hr), Level 2 (PM w/48hr) or Level 3 (PM w/24hr) System assurance agreement!
Disclaimer:  The AVSA~Cost estimator is provided as a tool for evaluation purposes only.  Several factors may affect the final price of the annual service agreement including (but not limited to), location, age, use and other factors. In some instances it may not be feasible to service the equipment such as in the case of a hazardous or toxic environment.

In addition, all agreements require a detailed inventory of the equipment to be covered including manufacturer, model number and serial number.  To obtain a firm quotation please contact
