Fresh Apple Cake

1 ½ cups

Oil

3 cups

Flour

2 cups

Sugar

1 tsp.

Salt

2

Eggs

1 tsp.

Cinnamon

2 tsp.

Vanilla

2 tsp.

Baking powder

1 cup

Chopped nuts

 

 

3 cups

Chopped apples

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mix items listed on the left in the order they or listed. Start with oil, add sugar, add eggs, add vanilla, add nuts, and add apples.

Mix items on the right in another container (flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder).

Fold the second mixture (dry ingredients) into the first mixture.

 

Do NOT grease pan and do NOT use a mixer. Pour into bundt pan, or 9” x 15” baking pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes (75 minutes). When toothpick comes out clean cake is done.
