Once you decide to confirm,
send us an email with you name, address, phone number, number of
adults, number of children (under 21) |

We
will email you an agreement |
|
|
Sign
the agreement and email, fax or mail it back to us |
|
|
Send
us a deposit equal to two nights' rental to hold your reservation. We accept the
following forms of payment:

Personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks

PayPal payments from your PayPal account*

EChecks and
bank transfers*

Credit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express)*

You will be send a
receipt and your balance will be due 30 days prior to
arrival. |

Once your balance is
received, you will be sent a receipt and a confirmation
of your rental with instructions for picking up the keys and
checking in. |
*There
is a 3% processing service charge for using your credit card, bank
transfer, eCheck or PayPal transfer. These payments will be
processed through PayPal's secure server.

Sales and Tourism Tax
and $100
Non-refundable Cleaning & Supplies Fee
Minimum rental period is five
days in low seasons and one week in high seasons. Rentals
are usually from Saturday to Saturday especially in high seasons.
Monthly discounts may be available
in some seasons.
Each rental period must be
secured by a $250 refundable security deposit to cover any
excessive damage or loses which is returned within a week after check
out if there are not damages or losses.
We charge an additional
non-refundable $50
cleaning fee for rentals with pets. |
