Comments: April 4 and 8 - Six nests observed in large Sycamore across fenced pasture of Lillard Veterinarian. May 8 - In addition to the six nests previously observed on April 8, a new nest was observed in a dead pine to the right of the log building on the right side of Lillard Lane. This tree had two nests, one with an adult feeding three young and an adult sitting low in the second nest possibly incubating eggs. The adult was observed rising from the nest and then putting its head back into the nest (moving eggs or young ?) before settling back onto the nest. May 22 - Six nests observed in large Sycamore and two nests in a dead pine as previous. One juvenile flew from one nest in the Sycamore to a lower branch. One adult flew in and feed a young. In the pine tree, three juveniles were active in one nest. An adult sat on the edge of the lower nest, but didn't appear to have any young.
