Distance: 2.6 miles from Maryville city limit sign
Directions from town to colony: Follow US 411north out of Maryville toward Seymour. From the far end of the bridge at the Maryville water plant, continue 0.4 mile to Twin Island Drive. Turn right and park. Scope from the edge of Sevierville Road (US 411) through a break in the trees at the bottom of the loop of Twin Island Drive.

This site has been active for several years. Birds were seen flying back and forth over Sevierville Road at different times, but there are no specific records.
